Terms and conditions

1) All the sessions should be prepaid at least 24 hours prior
2) Cancellation policy: Full fee, if a time has been booked and not given atleast 24 hour notice to cancel the session.
3) Refund Policy:
* You will receive a full refund, if you cancel your camp booking atleast 4 days before the start of the camp
* You will receive a refund if your absence is due to medical emergencies on the submission of a doctor's medical certificate
* You will not receive a refund on all other cases
* When sessions get cancelled at Croydon due to tournaments or due to major national championships the value of the session's that were not provided will be transferred to your membership account as a credit and a discount will be offered for the following month
